the staff at the front desk were very efficient. breakfast offered a great selection (i loved the fresh pastries). the pool was clean and inviting, perfect after a day exploring. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to public transport.

Fantastic Stay at a Wonderful Hotel

I had booked an executive double room, it was very clean. The room had a mini fridge, a tv, a safe and a large shower. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It offered a good variety of fresh food, and a barista prepared proper coffee. I used the swimming pool. It was a decent size for a hotel.

The gym staff was a little rude.

The hotel is near a tram stop. This gives easy access to the center. The monastry and the castle are close too. The tram runs to Obora Hvězda with its leafy park and summer Pavillion. There is a local restaurant within easy walk.

The room included a mini fridge and a safe. These additions were very helpful. The bathrooms are very nice, modern and stylish. I found the beds to be comfortable. The rooms are also pretty quiet, that's important to me.

The reception staff helped us get a food delivery. I also left luggage for free, this was very kind. The hotel met all of our requests of a high floor. TERESA was approachable and she provided great recommendations.

abundant breakfast great cleanliness good location

the breakfast was abundant, i found it very rich with plenty of options. the cleanliness really stood out to me, especially in the dining area. the location was good, and i liked that it was easy to get around by bolt. the front desk staff were enthusiastic and patient, a good help.

The swimming pool was small. I was expecting a bigger pool given the size of the hotel.
