I appreciated the perfect location, it was just a short walk to charles bridge. the reception staff was friendly and helpful. it was useful to have a small kitchenette. It had all necessary amenities (including a washing machine).

The room was spacious and beautifully fitted into an historic hotel. I had a junior suite. the kitchenette was well-equipped with a coffee machine. there was a washing machine, a very useful amenity.

The hotel provides bicycle storage. This was very convenient as i was travelling with mine. a grocery store with fresh products is right around the corner (very convenient for getting supplies).

The staff was accommodating and helpful. I found their service to be both excellent and friendly. they stored my bicycle safely. I found this especially helpful. daily servicing kept the apartment clean and tidy.

the location was wonderful it was close to charles bridge i found it very quiet at night. the staff was very friendly and accommodating to all requests. the room had great closet space for unpacking my belongings

there was no breakfast at the hotel i had to find a restaurant. my room did not have a balcony facing the inner courtyard.
