the breakfast had a good selection of items.
the reception team was unhelpful. after my flight, the airline delivered my baggage to the hotel. i told reception about the delivery, they denied receiving it with an arrogant tone. it took hours and multiple calls to find my bag after it was stamped by the hotel.

i loved the cleanliness.. everything sparkled! the staff helped me with directions to local attractions. breakfast was great, especially the fresh fruit selection and the variety of pastries.
this was slightly inconvenient when i had luggage.

The noise insulation was inadequate. I could hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms. the room door did not close properly. It. The handle broke in my hand.
