I was pleased to find complimentary parking available. The location offers convenient access to public transportation. Staff members were very friendly and provided assistance promptly. I received a room upgrade without additional charges , a pleasant surprise.

The air conditioning in the room did not function optimally , resembling more of a fan with minimal airflow. This made the room quite warm and sleeping difficult on warmer days.

i found public transport very accessible, the hotel is in a lovely, quiet area. it made getting around easy, i could explore without hassle. the garden restaurant provided a relaxed atmosphere, i enjoyed piano music in the lounge.

I find the gym charges extra. I think that is unacceptable. I also did not like the breakfast staff was unfriendly. They acted like they were doing me a favor when I asked a question. They were efficient, but showed no warmth, a problem.
