I found the staff friendly and helpful . The location proved very convenient as it was close to both the train station and various shops. I was also pleased with the complimentary breakfast offered each morning. It provided a solid start to my days.
I noticed some noise in the corridor late at night, somewhat disruptive. This, and is one area to improve.

The room included two twin beds, a small desk, and a wardrobe. The bathroom was compact and had a shower, sink, and toilet. Basic toiletries were provided and housekeeping serviced the room daily.

The hotel is near the Stratford shopping center and has public transportation right in front. Forest Gate train station is also nearby, about a short walk away. Several restaurants and supermarkets are within a three-minute walk.

The front desk staff answered questions promptly and provided directions. The breakfast service was efficient, and staff ensured all guests had what they needed. I appreciated their friendly and supportive attitude .

The hotel was much brighter than the pictures suggested. The repaint improved its look. Staff members were friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. The hotel's proximity to the bus stop and Forest Gate train station was convenient. I appreciated the nearby supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and the church. Everything was within a short walk.
The breakfast hours, from 7 AM to 9 AM, are quite early on weekends! I also experienced some disturbances from noisy guests in the hallway late at night. More control of noise during sleeping hours would be beneficial to all guests.

The reception staff provided quick assistance with check-in and check-out procedures. They also answered my questions about local transportation. Staff offered luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. This allowed for easier exploration. I found the team accommodating.
