the staff at the restaurant was friendly and helpful. the restaurant provided a good selection. i appreciated the convenient location near the airport, as it made travel easy. the hotel offered fair prices, i found the stay quite affordable.
the online check-in process was not very clear. i wish the instructions had been more detailed.

the hotel location is close to the airport, convenient.
I had issues with the shuttle. It was late and not particularly helpful for those with significant luggage. the lack of assistance was frustrating, especially considering one traveler in my group had a broken leg.

The bus stop was opposite the hotel. The room looked new. It was also clean. Free tickets for the transfer to the airport were provided and minibar use was complimentary. The transfer shuttle started its journey from the hotel, so I could choose my seat.
The bed was not a king. It was a queen. The room temperature could not be adjusted and felt too hot. The shower was just ok. It had a crummy plastic pan.
