the train station is very near, only a short walk. From there, it is so easy getting to the airport. The restaurant offered several good choices, including kids' meals. i found the customer service very good.

Soundproofing could be better. I heard a bit of noise from adjacent rooms.

the staff was efficient, meeting my needs despite being busy. the breakfast buffet was also excellent. i especially liked that the hotel's location is convenient for accessing public transport (near the train station).

the hotel lacked room service at the time i arrived, inconvenient after a late flight. i also noticed the tv and some power plugs didn't work in my room. additionally, some plugs stopped working when the light was turned off, preventing overnight device charging.

The train station is located just 250m from the hotel. It is a short walk. Room service provided an excellent dinner. The hotel is one train stop away from the airport train station.

The breakfast layout was too complicated. I spent time searching for items.
