the location next to the train station was super convenient for airport access i found the breakfast buffet offered a good selection with a waffle maker and various hot and cold options the staff was friendly and helpful especially during the night shifts they made my stay very smooth

The train station was very close. It was just a short walk from the hotel. the staff was super helpful and cute. They arranged for me to stay in the same room, which i really needed.
The parking fee felt very high. It added a noticeable cost to my stay. also, the room did not include a coffee machine. I missed having that convenience.

The room lacked USB connectors. The reception staff then offered to sell me a cheap adapter for €10. It seemed like they wanted extra money for a basic facility.

The noise levels were a real problem. planes taking off were so loud even on the second floor! plus, there was this constant train and road noise. breakfast wasn't great either. Very little changed each day. if you really like chicken sausage, you're in luck.

The breakfast area was small. The TVs were old, and the hotel did not offer streaming (this was quite frustrating). The breakfast area definitely needs to be larger.

the location is really convenient, very close to the train station. it only took me about 20 minutes to get to central amsterdam by train. the included breakfast had plenty of options, i found fresh croissants!!! i really enjoyed those.
I noticed a slight delay during check-in. There were several people waiting.
