The breakfast was very good! It had many choices and the front office team helped a lot. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the Ca Granda metro.

the area around the hotel was not very cute. The streets were unclean. There was lots of rubbish. After dark, it did not feel safe, especially for a group of women.

the location is near public transport. it takes around 20-30 minutes to reach the city center. the staff was really nice. the hotel is also near a patrol pump , so you can refuel easily.

the hotel is very run down , i saw damp within the hotel. the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working correctly. one person in our party got bed bug bites , but the hotel manager said they were from mosquitoes.

The reception staff seemed untrained as the lady could not provide information about bus tickets. She did not know where to purchase these tickets. It was annoying to seek this basic information elsewhere.
