An Acceptable Stay with a Few Annoyances

shuttle inconvenience extra fee

The lifts to rooms were secure guests had to use a room key to operate them.

The shuttle service operates with a third party so I could not reserve it through the hotel. I had to pay extra for the shuttle and it did not drop me directly at the airport. I had to take a train to get to the airport from the shuttle drop off a major inconvenience with luggage.

The breakfast had a great selection of food for every taste. I especially loved the restaurant and games area for the kids. The parking was very convenient, we had no trouble finding a spot.

The reception staff was not very helpful I called multiple times to ask about the airport shuttle. No one answered the phone. The room smelled and had old furniture. It really was not great.

Wonderful Experience Near the Airport

helpful staff comfortable bed great water pressure

The front desk staff, Mansure and Malik, greeted me after a long flight from the states. They were wonderfully professional and informative! They directed me to food and offered to get an Uber for me. The room offered great water pressure, plenty of hot water, and a very comfortable bed. It was a definite pick.

The shuttle service is through a third party. I was unable to reserve it via the hotel. I also needed to pay extra. The shuttle does not drop off at the airport but at a train station, CDG Val, some distance away, inconvenient.

The room included a comfortable queen bed and a separate seating area. Blackout curtains ensured a dark room. The climate control system worked efficiently. It maintained a constant temperature.
