The staff was very helpful . They were always willing to assist. I selected a room that included a kitchenette, and this helped me save money on dining. It was nice to have facilities for preparing my own food. I appreciated having that option.
I found that there were no tea-cups in the room. That was inconvenient. I requested some, but only drinking glasses were provided at first. I got paper cups after asking again. I was disappointed by this lack of proper cups.

i was so happy with the convenient location near the airport and the super clean clean room. the bed was super comfortable and big! having two separate bathrooms in the family room was a total plus.

the hotel offered a shuttle service to cdg for a small fee. i found the updated room to be clean. the spa area provided a relaxing experience (a welcome treat after a long flight). the availability of the shuttle was a significant advantage for airport transfers.
i encountered an issue regarding the pillows. they were not firm and didn't provide enough support.
