the family room was spacious enough. it accommodated all four of us adequately, though we only needed it for six hours. i was happy they offer day use rooms, even though i booked a full day by mistake. the heated pool provided a welcome chance to unwind, and i found the free airport train just five minutes away. easy access to transportation is always a plus.

the signage directing you from arrivals to the hotel is quite poor. i had difficulty finding my way. i think a little more clarity would really improve the arrival experience.

the restaurant served delicious food and the staff were friendly. My room was clean and well equipped. i found the room service menu had what you'd expect for an airport hotel. I thought the burger was excellent.

the sink was blocked, it took a while for someone to come. then the person removed the pipe and flooded the bathroom. we had to change rooms and we were given a smaller room. i only received one free drink voucher as a gesture.

Location is a ace for transit travelers. light rail access makes moving quick. the rooms are quiet. I slept amazing. i found coffee available, a great treat!
