The location was very close to the airport terminal. i walked there easily. the room included air conditioning, which worked efficiently. I needed it. the staff were helpful when i required assistance with directions.
The room size felt somewhat small for two people! the bathroom space was especially limited. the vending machine was out of order . That was quite inconvenient when i wanted a drink at night.

The hotel's elevator offers direct access to the covered walkway from Terminal 4. Reaching the hotel from Terminal 1 involved just a short walk to Terminal 4. The staff were helpful when my luggage was lost, SUPER helpful! The room provided everything I needed for my stay.
The central air conditioning struggled a bit during warmer weather. The openable window helped but it wasn't quite enough to completely offset the heat.

The elevator provides direct terminal access and simplifies airport transfers. A covered walkway protects guests from the elements to and from the terminals. This is a HUGE bonus!

The staff was supportive assisting with lost luggage issues, a lifesaver. Their responsiveness and willingness to help made a significant difference in managing a stressful situation. I REALLY appreciated their help!

The room included all essential amenities, so I had a relaxing and productive time. The room size was adequate for one person, with enough space to move around comfortably and store my belongings. I was completely happy!

The room was too warm. The air conditioning did not work and I could not open the window, so it was quite uncomfortable .
