I found some aspects of my stay unsatisfactory. The television in the room did not function, a significant inconvenience. the noise level from what sounded like kitchen activities or doors banging below my first-floor room was disruptive , especially late in the evening.

I found the room quite spacious, a good fit for a family. The breakfast offered a decent variety, convenient before our flight. I appreciated the play area in the lobby, it kept my children entertained. The shuttle service to the airport ran efficiently and was on time.
One of the towels had a stain, though it was to be a laundry mishap rather than dirt.

I found the room very spacious and also very clean. The staff offered friendly service and were very helpful. I appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport. It provided smooth transfers for my flights.
