the apartment felt modern and very secure with its security system. i liked that the location was central to many attractions and public transport. i found it quite easy to move around the city from there. the proximity to shops and restaurants made it especially convenient.

The virtual reception made it hard to resolve minor issues quickly. There was no immediate assistance on site.

the standard room was quite clean, well kept and exactly matched the photos i saw online. the layout provided ample storage. this helped keep the space tidy . the bed was also comfortable.

the room was clean it had all the amenities i needed the check-in and check-out process was fast and smooth there was a luggage locker for storing luggage after check-out

there was no physical team to serve all communication was on whatsapp it felt more like self-service than a hotel experience the breakfast price seemed too high compared to other hotels no one cleaned the room or even asked about it during the entire stay

My room faced a SUPER loud street and honestly. SLEEP was hard to come by. The noise from outside just kept going and going. I found it difficult to relax or get any rest.

I really appreciated how close the hotel was to the Rato station and the bus stops. Self check-in was easy, and I even used the luggage storage before my room was ready. My room was prepared three hours early, and I found it very spacious and clean. It included a full kitchen, fridge, microwave, and cooktop, a great convenience.
