i found the location central providing an easy walk to major sites. restaurants and shops are nearby this location. the staff at reception are friendly providing helpful service.

the air conditioning did not function . this caused discomfort as the room temperature was high. this was not resolved despite my requests.

The location was excellent, very close to the Duomo. The room was spacious.

The air conditioning did NOT work. It was VERY hot and uncomfortable, especially at night. I contacted staff via WhatsApp, but the problem was NOT resolved .
