The breakfast was decent. I guess it was acceptable.
i requested a wake-up call, but the front desk failed to call me. i almost missed my early morning tour because of their mistake. seriously, what's the point of a wake-up service if they can't even deliver on it?

The check-in process was efficient. my room was very clean, and i appreciated the updated bathroom with an excellent shower that provided hot water almost instantly. i also liked that the hotel is quite close to the são sebastião metro station. This made getting around easy.
i found the sound insulation between the rooms to be insufficient , and i could clearly hear conversations in the adjacent room.

the hotel location was convenient, near the subway station. daily cleaning of the room and bathroom included fresh towels and toiletries. breakfast had a wide variety of tasty food. i also appreciated the kind service, it.
