The staff were very friendly and cute. they were pretty good too. We are grateful. the apartment was well-equipped and very clean. the welcome hamper was a lovely touch, and we appreciated it.
location was not good, crunchy area without restaurants etc within walking except one steak house. awkward to get into your apartment having to leave the building. the outside rock area was picked over and faded

I certainly enjoyed my stay. The apartment was spacious. It featured comfortable furnishings. The outdoor seating area proved quite relaxing. The available snacks and complimentary wine added a nice touch.
The outside area could benefit from a little sprucing up it looked a bit faded.

the apartment was spacious. it featured a well decorated kitchen and a sizable, clean bathroom. we enjoyed the provided welcome gifts. the location allowed for convenient access to tram 28.
the air conditioning had issues, but the manager took steps to ensure our comfort. they resolved the issue quickly. still, the initial discomfort was noticeable.

limited restaurantsneglected rock area
the location WAS somewhat disappointing. there weren't many restaurants nearby , except for a single steak house. accessing the apartment felt inconvenient because i had to exit the building each time. also , the outdoor rock area looked neglected and worn , SUCH a shame.
