The sightseeing bus starting point was a short walk away, very convenient for exploring the city. I found the metro to be close also, offering easy access to the city center with just three stops. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, a real plus.

The coffee machine at breakfast dispensed lukewarm beverages, it could definitely use some servicing.

The chambermaids were friendly and polite. They cleaned the room spotlessly every day. Staff working in the breakfast area were also amazing, always clearing tables and replenishing the fresh supplies (I found it very helpful).
