The location provided excellent access to main attractions. i could easily walk to the popular tram 28 stop. a 24-hour reception was available. i found this reassuring for late arrivals or any assistance needed, and the staff was always present. The room was simple though very clean, and it served perfectly for the nights i stayed.

the location was indeed central and convenient.

The room smelled strongly of mold upon arrival! the beds were also quite uncomfortable. breakfast service ended too early, especially considering the city's nightlife. 8-10 Am felt limiting.

The hotel's location suited my travel needs well. I found the proximity to Rossio Square and the underground station especially convenient. A simple breakfast was included each morning.

The bathroom water pressure could be improved.
