fantastic stay
friendly staff big room
the staff was friendly. the location was great, near the metro and breakfast spots. my room was VERY big and comfortable. the bar hostess opened a bottle of wine i bought outside the hotel.
air conditioning facilities were not great, providing only hot air because it's 'winter' , even though it was warm. i slept uncomfortably the first night without the right temperature. the hotel lacked amenities, like a kettle, slippers, or a dental kit.

great location free upgrade helpful staff sewage smell cigarette smoke bad ventilation
The location is GREAT. It is close to many metro stations, parks, restaurants and cafes. The staff is very helpful! I stayed here for five nights and they gave me a free upgrade to the suite room (what a treat!).
The ventilation in our bathroom was very bad. There was a sewage smell in the whole room (it was terrible). The smell became strong cigarette smoke the next day. It was a particular problem with our room, i think.

functional bathroom balcony view short walk
the room had a functional bathroom. the balcony views were nice. the supermarket aldi was a short walk away it made shopping easy.
the windows only opened a few centimeters it made the room feel small.

large room top suite
the hotel is close to shops and a park. i received a free upgrade to a top floor suite, it had panoramic windows. the room was large, clean, and comfortable. i had a good stay.
the room included few amenities, like slippers.

We received a free room upgrade. Breakfast had a fantastic selection of breads, pastries, and other items like fruit and yogurt. The location is good with several supermarkets nearby.
During my stay there was a power outage throughout the country. I asked for a bottle of water, but i was charged full price for it. I noticed most hotels were handing out water to guests.
