The sky bar was closed , annoying, i couldn't enjoy the views i expected. i had to walk up to the seventh floor. It was annoying to find out the bar was closed due to a supposed 'storm', when the weather was fine. the staff at reception seemed defensive and rude about it. I received no apology.
