Charming stay, small drawback

spacious room clean room helpful staff fresh air

the room was very spacious, clean. breakfast arrived directly to our room each morning, a real treat. the staff was very helpful, they really enhanced my visit. windows opened, that let fresh air in.

there are steep stairs to access the rooms, a detail that may be difficult for some guests.

adequate downtown experience

really good breakfast daily delivery spacious room dirty walls cold room ripped towels

the breakfast was fantastic. it was delivered to the room daily , and the staff accommodated my dietary needs. the room was quite spacious , like a small apartment. the location is great with many shops nearby.

i found that the walls and carpets could be cleaner , especially. the room was cold because of the big windows , and the ac was not enough. the towels felt old and ripped .

the location was good enough.

I found a bug in the room, not what i anticipate from a hotel. the noise from the street was relentless. earplugs were provided, but i did not come to use earplugs.

The staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the location. It was the best feature. I liked being so close to many attractions and restaurants.

The guest rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and convenient. The location provided easy access to sites, squares, restaurants, and the train toward Sintra.

The in-room breakfast was plentiful and beautifully prepared. It was also presented very nicely. Fresh juice, coffee, eggs, breads, pastries and yogurt were provided. The delivery to my room every morning felt luxurious.

a somewhat underwhelming experience

constant street noise unexpected bug

The street noise was pretty relentless. It was hard to get a good night's sleep even with the provided earplugs. i also found a bug in my room which, frankly, is not what i expect in a place like this.
