Check-in took an excessive amount of time, and the welcome felt impersonal. the room i received was quite small. the breakfast area was hot and felt cramped. I would not return because of these issues.

The air conditioning did not work on thursday. I told them again friday. reception said the engineer does not work weekends and the rooms are the same. i left a day early because i did not sleep at night because of the heat.

The staff was very friendly and cute. the location was also great. It wasn't far from the metro station, so getting around was easy.

The check-in process was very slow, and i didn't feel very welcomed. the room was quite tiny. I had limited space to unpack properly.
