I found the staff very helpful. The breakfast was great, especially the hotel-made coffee. The bathroom included all necessary items. Main attractions were a reasonable walk away, about 20-30 minutes.
The room was somewhat small , and there wasn't much space to open a large suitcase except on the bed.

the location was really convenient for exploring. i could easily walk to many attractions and the neighborhood felt safe. the staff were very kind and always ready to help with directions. the bathroom included all necessary amenities and was very clean.
The air conditioning turned off automatically after some hours. It got warm during the night. the breakfast area felt cramped, especially when busy. the tv was small and mounted high, hard to see from the bed.

The location was convenient. I found two metro stations within a short walk. The staff was quite helpful and friendly. I was pleased they spoke multiple languages.
The soundproofing was a problem. I could easily hear noises from the corridor. The pillows were also quite small. Breakfast felt subpar for a three-star hotel.
