beautiful parkeasy access
The location was convenient to public transportation. The park nearby was beautiful. It allowed easy access to tourist attractions. The room was well prepared and clean. I found the proximity to Cadorna station helpful for airport access. It made my travel smooth.
The process for entering the building was inconvenient. I needed to call to get inside. This could be a major issue if your phone battery dies.

the location is ideal, i observed castello sforzesco is directly opposite (it's quite excellent). the building displays wonderful architectural details, i saw them and the room featured comfortable, stylish, contemporary decor.
the system for accessing the building is inconvenient. i had to call someone to be let in and this required a data call (i don't always purchase a data package). one evening, i called four times and no one answered, concerning.

My stay included a very comfortable bed. the room contained all necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. i also appreciated the detailed instructions for locating the hotel. They were helpful. the staff facilitated an early check-in, a service i found beneficial after my long trip.
this required navigating luggage up stairs, which posed a slight inconvenience

the rooms are beautifully decorated. each room has its own color scheme. the historic building have big stone staircases.
i did not find a phone in my room. i wished communication with reception was easier.
