fantastic stay near the duomo
helpful staff central location excellent soundproofing local attraction
I found the staff very helpful . they assisted with directions and provided useful information about local attractions. the location was super central. the room also had excellent soundproofing. I did not hear any street noise.
The elevator was somewhat small. It only fit two people with luggage comfortably.

the reception staff provided prompt responses to inquiries. daily housekeeping ensured a very comfy and tidy environment. staff members offered directions to nearby attractions, which i did appreciate.

modern room clean room excellent service
The room was very modern and clean. It featured everything i could need. The city center is a one minute walk.. very very nice. I also appreciated the excellent customer service.
Finding the entrance was a little difficult as the hotel is inside an office building.

Acceptable Central Stay
convenient metro supportive manager close location loud noise hot room
The location was very close to the Duomo. I found it reachable by metro easily. A manager at the hotel was a kind man. He smiled and provided support.
It continued all day, starting at 8 in the morning. The room was too hot. The air conditioning was controlled by the front desk, and they turned it off.
