I found the staff wonderful. They greeted us with smiles! It was early, well before our check-in time but the staff let us check in anyway. The location is a 15 minute walk from the city center. It was nice being a bit outside the touristy areas. I loved the restaurants and cafes nearby.

The air conditioning was poor so we had to spend two days in the heat. The window opened. not wide enough considering the mosquitos. Kettle was available only upon request. I think, that's not good.

i was greeted with smiles from the staff upon arrival. checking in early at 10am was simple.. my room was ready. the room was super clean and had luxe fixtures. the minibar was stocked with free beverages and snacks.

i found there was no complimentary bottle of water provided, usually standard.

The air conditioning barely worked, so i spent the nights uncomfortably warm. The window opened a bit, but mosquitoes got inside. It was not ideal. the kettle was only available upon request. I found this inconvenient, it's a SMALL thing, but it matters.

The room was very clean the bed felt very comfortable. The staff were helpful I felt welcome. The hotel has great soundproofing I did not hear outside noise. The minibar items were complimentary I thought this was a nice touch.

The shower was a bit small for my liking it could use an update.

the room was immaculate , with lovely details in both the bedroom and the bathroom. i appreciated the complimentary spa products , as well as the yoga mat provided. i also loved the lounge area, it featured unique swinging chairs for relaxation.

i did encounter a slight issue with the air conditioning , it wasn't very effective. this made the room a bit warm during the day. a better functioning system would definitely improve the comfort of the stay.

The bed was comfortable enough. I suppose that's something.

The hotel had no breakfast available, which seems cheap. The shower was also strangely small, I felt cramped trying to move. Plus, all the tech felt excessive. Did I really need a tablet just to check in after already doing it online?
