friendly staff local area transport connection air conditioning summer heat false promise
the staff were super friendly. they were knowledgeable about the local area and transport connections. i thank the staff member that helped me make an urgent international phone call at 1am. the hotel had a traditional feeling to it.
the air conditioning was not working, in the summer heat. there were false promises about it being fixed. the location wasn't that great, too far from main attractions.

the breakfast offered a satisfying start to the day. i found a variety of options to choose from. the staff were very attentive and helpful during breakfast service! the location was convenient, with several restaurants nearby.
the walls seemed quite thin. i could hear noises from neighboring rooms! the television was rather small, about the size of a laptop screen. the air conditioning unit looked quite old.

The location was very convenient. Close to the metro station. i appreciated that the bathroom was well-equipped, it made mornings easier.
the air conditioning was quite old, i found it a bit noisy at night. the breakfast was minimal, i wished there were more options available.
