The hotel offered a convenient shuttle to the metro station. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The breakfast included many choices. I found the staff at the restaurant attentive.
The air conditioning unit was quite loud which was slightly disruptive at night.

My room had a tv and air conditioning. The bedding and towels was to be a good standard. A private patio was a nice addition to the room. The room size was spacious.

The room included a phone, and it connected directly to reception. Staff made reservations for us at local restaurants. Breakfast was PERFECT. There was a coffee machine with tea bags too, a VERY welcome sight!!!
The hotel lacked tea or coffee making facilities in the room. There was no coffee machine available locally in the morning. Dinner in the hotel was mediocre AT best. The pool was freezing.

the woman at reception was very helpful, and ricardo also provided excellent assistance. one of the staff members gave us tips for protecting our belongings on public transport. the restaurant staff were amazing at both breakfast and dinner. i found the shuttle service to be very useful (they should make sure customers know about it).
the room had a strong air freshener, so it could be a problem if you are sensitive to smells.
