The front desk staff was great. Free parking was available in front of the hotel. This was convenient.

The hotel's location proved convenient, especially arriving late and needing proximity to the ferry port. I appreciated the availability of late check-in and early breakfast.. both were helpful. The staff members were friendly and polite.
My room felt a bit outdated. The shower design allowed water to spray easily across the bathroom floor. I noticed peeling on the ceiling, without attempts to repair it.
