The location is very convenient, close to the underground station. I found the breakfast to be particularly good with a nice selection of items. The 24-hour lobby desk offered peace of mind with constant support. The room was quiet, and I had a restful sleep due to effective soundproofing.

I found that the windows could not be opened, thus I was unable to get fresh air into the room.

The hotel is located near the U-Bahn station. It is easily accessible. The rooms were clean! I found the housekeeping available upon request. That's very convenient. I could tell them during check-in, or I could request it later from the reception.

The bar closed two of the four nights of my stay. I consider that unsatisfactory. The kitchen was never open, even though evening bar meals were advertised in the bar. The room was a decent size, but there was NO wardrobe. I also found no drawers to store our clothing. This was inconvenient.

great location clean room easy access

The hotel is super close to the st pauli u-bahn station! there are many great cafes and restaurants in the area. I loved exploring! my room was immaculate and so comfy. Housekeeping is available upon request, great.

I did find that the ac would switch off periodically during the day. I wish it stayed on consistently!

Excellent Location and Comfortable Rooms!

convenient location friendly staff modern facility

The hotel's location near the metro was so convenient. Bars, restaurants, and entertainment were all within easy walking distance. That was lovely. The staff was very friendly, and the modern facility felt bright and cute. I appreciated happy hour and the unique lighting in my bedroom!

The bar was closed on two nights during my four-night stay. That was inconvenient. Evening bar meals were advertised, but the kitchen was never open. I was really looking forward to trying some local cuisine at the hotel.

useful check-out pleasant staff

the location was good.. near a train stop.. i found the staff very pleasant. a midday check-out was useful, as my return flights were late. this allowed more time to relax before setting off..

I requested cleaning. They only changed towels and made the beds. they did not change the used coffee cups.
