ideal location excellent view modern design well-thought-out lighting

I found the location ideal and easy to access by public transport. The room provided an excellent view and felt very spacious. I particularly enjoyed the modern design of the room, a unique design. The lighting in the room was well-thought-out.

I noticed very slight noise early in the morning from staff activity near my room.

lack of housekeeping clattering staff

the location offered convenient access to transport links.

I found the lack of housekeeping disappointing, especially given the price. staff clattering around at 7am disturbed me each day. The curtains didn't fully meet, so it was always light. the experience didn't quite live up to expectations.

the room offered a perfect view. the breakfast buffet was substantial. it offered a good variety of food. the coffee was also very good.

the entrance was hard to find. it was tucked away down a dark alley. i walked past cigarette butts. security people challenged me to get to the lift, they did not have id or uniform. the corridor music was loud and disturbed sleep.

The hard rock theme felt a little forced. It seemed more about the image than genuine substance. the music in the hallways was loud and persistent. It definitely disrupted any chance of a peaceful sleep. the staff, while present, seemed somewhat detached and uninterested in resolving issues that arose . the lack of attention to detail became apparent, especially with minor maintenance issues left unaddressed throughout my visit.
