a somewhat disappointing experience

strange room smell unfriendly amenities

I had a couple of issues . the room smelled a little strange. it also wasn't as functional as i'd hoped. I struggled with some of the amenities, and things just didn't seem very user-friendly. it was a bit of a letdown given the hotel's reputation.

unreturned deposit unprofessional staff

the location was acceptable to me. it was near many shopping centers.

the check-in was a nightmare. the staff did not know english. they took a deposit, it was not returned. for a five-star hotel, the staff should be more professional.
