the staff was kind and helpful. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it offered everything you could want, and even more. the design of the common areas was stylish and attractive. the hotel location was fantastic and very central, yet it was on a quiet street. i felt really spoiled.
i had a little trouble finding the entrance at first.

The hotel sits near the cathedral and many restaurants. It is only a short walk. it is placed centrally but also on a quiet street. i could easily explore main attractions.

my grand oasis-suite superior was very comfortable and super clean, i really relaxed. the bed was so luxurious, i enjoyed restful sleep. it had quality materials and stylish interiors throughout. there was even nice lightingwith different types in the bathroom!!!

the breakfast was delicious it was a nice surprise
the check-in felt disorganized the staff seemed inexperienced i did not get an orientation to the hotel or its amenities it was unclear what services the hotel provided and how i could use them this caused some frustration and confusion at the start of my stay
