The staff were really helpful and cute at the hotel. i received a room upgrade because of my platinum membership, a nice surprise. breakfast had many choices. Omelets were made very well. the room was very clean, cozy, and had a wonderful view from the terrace.

The check-in could have been better. The receptionist did not smile. i think being more friendly would greatly improve the arrival experience.

attentive staff immaculate condition turndown service

I found the staff attentive. Each team member ensured i felt welcome and catered to my needs promptly. i particularly appreciated the immaculate condition of the rooms. Housekeeping maintained everything very nicely. i noticed they provided a turndown service, complete with chocolates on the pillow.

the breakfast selection, while good, could benefit from slightly more variety in fresh fruit options, i thought.

My beautiful room had two separate sinks, handy. The rainfall shower provided consistent water pressure. The room included night slippers by the bed and an abundance of pillows, too.

The reception staff welcomed me promptly and helped with all my questions. Concierge services were available to assist with local directions. staff at the entrance offered immediate help with luggage handling. What a team!

Breakfast included fresh pastries and a good selection of fruits. Ladies making omelets delivered a wonderful job. i really liked the variety of available fresh ingredients and found the view to be a fantastic element.
