My stay had some hiccups. The water pressure in the bathroom resembled a gentle trickle, hardly enough for a proper shower. The toilet flushing system also decided to stage a protest, functioning sporadically. I wouldn't wish this symphony of inconvenience on my worst enemy.

The staff at the reception was very courteous. I found the hall ambience very good for our get-together. The food served was tasty. I appreciated the room, it was spacious and clean. Mr Bala Kumar from house keeping was warm and cordial.

The wifi was quite weak. I had difficulty using the internet.

I appreciated the efficient check-in process. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous (they even remembered my name). The Vendhar Hall was well-equipped for the event I attended. The sound system was good and the lighting was professionally set up for our Comsights event.

The bar sound downstairs was audible even on the 6th floor. It was a bit disturbing.

The Premium King Room included a king-sized bed and modern amenities. It had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room's design ensured a restful stay after a long day of meetings.
