single switch poor design

The location was acceptable. It was close to some restaurants.

the lack of attention to detail in the room was surprising. the single switch for all lights, including the bathroom, was inconvenient. it seems the room needed better design.

The rooms provide ample space. It has modern furnishings. The location has many restaurants nearby. The rooftop pool was a definite plus. I found the staff very helpful, they assist with my needs.

The air conditioning makes a loud noise and affects sleep quality. This needs attention. Everything else was great.

huge rooms generous spread cumbersome process tired hotel

The rooms were huge. they had every amenity i needed, like wifi and bottled water. breakfast offered a generous spread of pastries and sri lankan dishes. I enjoyed every bite.

The check-in process was long. it seemed cumbersome for the staff. also, the hotel looked a bit tired. The staff were friendly but not well-trained.
