complicated system unclean pod

The online check-in system was TOO complicated. I had to upload my documents several times before it recognized them. Cleanliness was definitely an issue. I don't think they clean beyond removing trash. The screen in my pod didn't work and neither did the buttons to open the roof hatch! I had to try the keypad several times before I could get into the pod.

The location inside the airport is useful if you need to rest between flights.

My pod lacked basic amenities. There was no pillow or blanket provided (I really wanted a blanket). The bed was like a hard examination table. sound isolation was poor as I could hear people talking in the hallway, which disrupted my rest.

i got some serious rest for five hours between flights. it was a safe spot to chill and my luggage was secure. the pods are tucked away in a quiet zone of the airport (so peaceful!), really close to a bathroom.

the bed had some wear and tear. the material on it was slightly torn.

secure feel quiet location convenient bathroom helpful communication

I appreciated the pod's secure feel. I KNEW my belongings were safe while i rested. The quiet location within the airport was a definite plus. The proximity to a bathroom was really convenient. It saved me a lot of time. Communication from the staff before arrival was helpful. ALL my questions were answered.

The bed surface felt a bit unusual. I WOULD have preferred a more traditional sheet instead of the paper-like covering.

The pod was basic. The bed seemed like a medical examination table. It had only a thin paper sheet. I found no pillow or blanket. The ventilation made a lot of noise. It did not cool the room sufficiently.

I secured a private sleeping room after missing my connecting flight. I left my belongings beside the bed, resting without concern for their safety. I enjoyed a restful six-hour sleep. It was great!!!

i found it a good way to rest a bit before my flight. it provided a bed and a little place where i could put my baggage. i was not scared it would get lost, which i appreciated.

the ceiling grate had a light above it that was on all night.
