The staff were ALL friendly, from reception to the breakfast room and the leisure centre. The room was very clean, and the location was convenient. Just a 15-minute walk to the train station and 20-25 minutes to the beach and city centre. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage at reception after checkout. It WAS very reassuring.
