friendly proprietors available parking convenient location
The proprietors were friendly. They made check-in smooth. I appreciated the available car parking bays. I liked its great value, especially considering how close it was to the beach. The location was convenient.
The bathroom seemed quite compact. It required closing the main door to access the shower fully.

Reception was friendly. Staff were available at all times. And they were very cute. The owners were helpful and responsive. I appreciated their assistance with directions. They were GREAT.

The hotel's location is near the sea and a short walk to the lovely Boscombe beach. It is conveniently situated. Access to nearby amenities is easy. It was very handy

The room provided included tea and coffee making facilities. It was quite handy. everywhere was within walking distance.
The pictures might mislead you. The standard wasn't quite as it looked.

weak water pressure older television
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby amenities..
The room felt quite dated. The decor needed updating. i encountered issues with the shower. The water pressure was very weak. the television was an older model and the picture quality wasn't great.

bottled water plenty milk friendly people old decor basic bathroom thin towels
the room was exactly as i expected it to be. it was nice they gave us bottled water and plenty of milk for tea. the people who run the hotel were very friendly.
the decor was old i thinks. the painting in the bedroom were some of the worst i seen. the bathroom was very basic, and the towels were old and thin.
