i found on-site parking very convenient and secure. the staff were very helpful and accommodating to my needs as i needed medication stored and they handled it without any issues. i also appreciated the free parking i received upon arrival.
the room lacked bottled water and biscuits that the website mentioned. it would have been nice to have those small extras provided upon arrival.

the hotel features an illy coffee machine and offers green tea. i saw a small dining room downstairs near reception even though they don't serve food which is something to note if you plan to eat here.

my room included a comfortable bed and a lovely temperature which was really nice. the room had a small table with hot drinks facilities available. the tv on the wall also worked well after fixing the aerial cable.

the upstairs hallway lights did not work it was dark when i went to my room i stumbled around with my phone as a torch the fan in the room also did not work it was unbearably hot during the night the kettle had noodles and some other food inside it
