convenient location friendly staff substantial breakfast

The location was excellent. Moscova metro station was very close. This made connections to other metro lines easy. The staff was friendly. They always tried to assist me. Breakfasts were good, and there was always enough food.

The room was quite small.

helpful staff excellent breakfast functional room

the staff was very helpful, especially with directions. i appreciated the excellent breakfast provided each morning. i found the room functional and clean.

The air conditioning in my room did not work well. It was quite warm, made sleeping difficult.

low temperature broken timer

the temperature in the room was to low. i told this immediately at check-in. the temperature never changed and i told it again in the morning before breakfast. they said something about the timer and told me it's under repair. it wasn't fixed .

good location early check-in luggage storage dated room broken socket small shower

the location suited me well. it was near the metro station. staff helped me check in earlier. luggage storage was available after my trip faced some delays.

the room seemed dated. i noticed a broken socket. the shower was small. there was lots of noise at night too.
