cozy stay near the sea

clean room comfortable room quiet night english breakfast

my room was very super clean and cozy. the location proved popular, yet the nights were quiet, great for restful sleep. i found the owner, vicky, to be cute and she prepares a great full english breakfast (the sausages were especially good). i will definitely come back!

the communal areas could use a bit of updating.

The host gave a warm welcome. The room was lovely and clean. The beds were comfortable. I was very pleased to find a bonus bar. This was a nice extra.

The outside appearance was not so inviting.

The room lacked a headboard. i noted some dampness on the wall above the bed. This is unacceptable. the bathroom was also cold. there was no radiator to provide adequate heating.

friendly staff convenient location good value

the staff were friendly and helpful. the location is convenient to the coral island. breakfast offered good value for the price. the hotel was also very quiet, nice for a restful night.

the heating did not work initially, so the room was a bit cold upon arrival. this was fixed the next morning.
