The hotel's location proved convenient. The staff presented a friendly face and delivered helpful service. Breakfast had good variety and offered tasty choices. I also appreciated that I could leave luggage after checking out. Made my last day much easier.
The gym was a bit small.

The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. I noticed the coffee machine produced cappuccinos and lattes quickly. The dining area remained clean, even during busy hours, which I found excellent.

the staff welcomed me warmly upon arrival. the kitchen staff was really good. the hotel is close to the gold souk. mohammed cleaned my floor and deserves recognition.
the air conditioning was a split system, which i found somewhat annoying. i would have preferred a more modern, central ac system for better temperature control. this older style felt less consistent.

I've stayed here every year, and the service is always fantastic. the staff are so cute, especially the housekeeper who surprised me with creative bed linen folds. i really loved the excellent creek view from my room. It was amazing. the pillows were just perfect for a good night's sleep, and i found the food to be excellent. i preferred dining in the hotel over eating out.
the room carpets could use a thorough cleaning or replacement as there was a slight odor. it's a minor thing, but noticeable.

The location is easily accessible. A taxi or metro will get you there. plenty of restaurants offer dining. the breakfast is pretty good with a selection of fresh fruits, dry fruits meats, and fish. It's a satisfying choice.

The staff was quite supportive. the open space overlooking the creek provided scenic walks. i thought a rooftop terrace would be lovely. Owners should think about investing in one.
The air conditioning was split. It was slightly bothersome. i would have appreciated a more modern ac system.
