Comfortable Room and Helpful Staff
friendly staff helpful staff
Staff members were friendly. They were also helpful. I checked in before 2pm. This helped because I had a wedding. The room was clean. The facilities were adequate.
Neighbors were very disruptive. This happened until 3.30 in the morning. They drank and banged on things. They yelled loudly. There was no contact number to report them. I did not sleep.

a LOVELY stay
free upgrade good shower comfortable bed
i received a free upgrade to a king room. the room included a good shower and a comfortable bed. it was exactly what i needed after my long flight. i found parking right outside the room.
the neighbors made noise until 3:30 in the morning. i did not sleep.

the room was super clean and well maintained! it had a great shower. the staff were friendly. the location is charming with plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance.
i was disappointed that i was put in the back room? i booked for the restaurant and was informed once i was there if i wanted the restaurant i needed to book for the 'posh' area or i would not get it. the restaurant was inflexible. the customer service was very poor..
