Parking was easy and free. i found casino and restaurants easily accessible from the hotel. the bathroom had good lighting. The bedroom also had good lighting. the staff member i met one morning was lovely and stood out from other staff.

i expected more from the room we booked. it used to feel indulgent. the bathroom was dated. calcium stains are visible on the tap wear.

the location was very good. i liked the bathroom. it had good lighting both in the bedroom and bathroom, useful.

the staff seemed disinterested. this made check in not be cute, i thought. also, i think that management policy to charge for water is a disgrace. this is very unprofessional, i will not give crown my money.
