The breakfast had extensive options (especially fresh fruit). i also used the business space on level 5. It was useful. wifi was great and staff were amazing.

check in at reception was sadly very poor compared to the rest of my visit. i had to wait for a very long time for my room.

The pool area was good, it included many seats and a shaded section. I also enjoyed the hotel lounge food. It was excellent. the welcome gift was a complete surprise for me.

The check-in was poor. i had to wait over two hours for my room after i was told it would be prioritised. This communication was disappointing.

the gym provides three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the outdoor pool includes about twenty loungers. there is a shaded section near the pool.

the air conditioning unit was not effective. the room remainded too warm even with the thermostat set low. this made sleeping uncomfortable.
