The location IS good overlooking parkland and the river. The room included a comfortable bed and plain furnishings. A shower over the bath plus a balcony was available.

The room did not come with tooth brushes or vanity kits. I needed to go to the reception to ask for those items. The air con was the traditional type WITH no remote control. It seemed unable to control the temperature.

I found my room always clean. Fresh towels and toiletries were supplied daily. Staff were friendly. Philip in the restaurant deserves special mention. He greeted me every morning and was helpful!

I did notice water bottles were absent from the room, which I thought was a little strange.

The pool provided welcomed relaxation. I saw it had numerous loungers with a shaded section. A well-equipped gym featured several treadmills and stationary bikes, allowing diverse workout options. The business centre offered a convenient working space with computers and printers.

the location proved acceptable for my business needs.

the air conditioning unit emitted considerable noise during the night it disrupted my sleep quality. furthermore the promised king bed was in fact a queen this discrepancy was unacceptable. i also found the unsecured parking fee of $35 per night excessive.

EXCELLENT hotel, AMAZING location!

great options friendly staff easy parking

The breakfast had GREAT options. The reception staff member, Sree Ram, was SO friendly and helpful. We paid for our parking bay prior to arrival. It was easy and simple to dive straight in, park, unpack, and check in. GREAT!

The air conditioning did not work, so I had to open the balcony door. This resulted in enduring road noise.

I appreciated the free laundry facilities. This was especially helpful after traveling. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to free buses into the city. I found the hotel staff particularly helpful and they assisted with all tourist questions. I witnessed them dedicating time to.

the wifi connection was unreliable. It was hard to maintain a stable connection for work meetings. This made it hard to rely on for important tasks.
