The hotel has a GRAND entrance and i found the staff cute. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a good shower. The swimming pool was well maintained and the temperature was good.

the breakfast buffet was disappointing. i only ate there once during my four nights stay. the amenities within the room were average and restricted.

the location was really convenient. bus services are available just outside. the pool got constant sunshine, it was amazing! service around the pool area was also pretty good. the supermarket downstairs added so much convenience. i liked having easy access to groceries.

the escalators to the plaza were not working. this was a slight inconvenience because i prefer escalators over stairs.

The one-bedroom residence was spacious and clean. the bed was comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. i also found a lobby-style area ideal for luggage storage. It kept the room uncluttered.

The pool is large with towels provided. the bus stop to the cbd is directly in front of the building. It is free. i could walk to elizabeth quay in 25 minutes.

the room service took a long time to pick up plates! the shower makes the entire toilet wet.
